### 4.11. Place of Meetings

Regular and special meetings of the Board of Directors shall be held at any place within or outside the State of California that is designated by the Board or, either before or after the meeting, consented to in writing by all members of the Board of Directors. If the place of a regular or special meeting is not fixed by resolution or the written consent of the Board of Directors, said meeting shall be held at the organization's Principal Office.
