# 4.13. Special Meetings ### 4.13. Special Meetings Special meetings of the Board of Directors for any purpose may be called at any time by the President, or the Vice President, or the Secretary, or any other two directors. Special meetings of the Board shall be held upon: * Four days' advance notice to all directors by mail; or * 48 hours' advance notice delivered personally or by telephone or facsimile or electronic mail. If notice is by telephone, it shall be complete when the person calling the meeting believes in good faith that the notified person has heard and acknowledged the notice. If notice is by facsimile or electronic mail, it shall be complete when the notice is transmitted.
