### 5.2. Qualification, Election, Term of Office and Rotation of Officers

Any Director may serve as an officer of the organization. Officers shall be elected by the Board of Directors at the annual organizational meeting, and each officer shall be elected for a one-year term renewable each year to a term limit of 4 years.

Officers may not serve more than two (2) consecutive terms in the same position, but shall not be prohibited from holding other Officer positions subsequent to their term limit. Directors may be re-elected to the same position following a one (1) term hiatus from that position.
